JULY 2004: AVOID COSTLY EQUIPMENT FAILURES

Many buildings have recently reduced on-site building staff. This creates many challenges for the staff that remains. Chief among these challenges is the ability to keep up with preventive maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment.

Chiller Systems Services, Inc. can offset these shortages with routine maintenance inspections or provide repairs on pumps, controls, etc. that you would normally do "in house".

APRIL 2004: VIBRATION ANALYSIS

Chiller Systems Service, Inc. is pleased to announce that we have added vibration analysis and balancing to our list of services. We have two technicians who successfully completed the certification course and we have been performing both vibration analysis services and mechanical balancing for our customers.
